I want to appeal to the Prefect

Within 60 days of notification of the fine, send it to the Prefect of Imperia by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to his headquarters in Via Matteotti, 147 18100 (Imperia) or send it by e-mail to info@trafficlines.it
The appeal must be written in Italian.

I want to appeal to the Justice of the Peace

Within 60 days of the notification of the fine, send it to the Justice of the Peace under the territorial jurisdiction, by handing it directly or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 150/11.
The appeal must be written in Italian.

I would like to request payment of the fine by instalments: what should I do?

Fill in “Form D” according to the instructions and send it by email to by email to info@trafficlines.it

Is there a 30% reduction of the amount foreseen even if I have applied to pay by instalments?

No. If the application is accepted, the 30% reduction is not applied to the penalty to be paid by instalments.
